How the AI document chat works

1. Open a PDF in PDF JustFit.
2. If the document is scanned, its pages are OCR-recognised automatically.
3. The document content is indexed locally on the device.
4. The relevant document content is passed to the local AI model.
5. The model produces an answer.
6. The answer is shown with a page citation so you can jump to the source.

An answer you cannot check is not much use for a contract, a paper or a form. PDF JustFit shows page citations with answers, so you can verify the source in one tap.
